Don’t like this place and honestly wouldn’t recommend it, first they don’t open the pool on time, it takes a minute for them to open it, it’s such a disappointment when you have kids that are excited to go swimming first thing in the morning so do a better job, also when I had a gorgeous friendly dog here, they kicked him out for accusing him of attacking someone, which we all know that’s a lie because he is one of the most friendliest dogs you will ever meet and he was only just a puppy and we watched him at all times so he... read more

I've been a resident here at Malvern Lakes for almost 9 years and I have enjoyed every moment. This really feels like home. The staff and maintenance are friendly and welcoming. Whenever something needs to be fixed or replaced maintenance is rather prompt.
I have lived here for 7 years. The staff has been great. The maintenance issues were addressed in a timely fashion. The living space is spacious and comparable to the rent. The area is quite and residents are respectfully kind. It's a nice community to raise a child/children. Overall, my experience was great and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Malvern Lakes Apartments.
