For the price the place isn't bad. Just don't expect much from maintenance or the "amenities". This is what i have learned in the 3 years ive lived here. Pool is always dirty and has always opened late. Playground is a hazard. The gym is a joke. Apartments are good size but the fireplace is 50/50 whether it works and the appliances are old and outdated. Have had issues with leaks. Maintenance takes forever and they are a bit inappropriate.
Don’t like this place and honestly wouldn’t recommend it, first they don’t open the pool on time, it takes a minute for them to open it, it’s such a disappointment when you have kids that are excited to go swimming first thing in the morning so do a better job, also when I had a gorgeous friendly dog here, they kicked him out for accusing him of attacking someone, which we all know that’s a lie because he is one of the most friendliest dogs you will ever meet and he was only just a puppy and we watched him at all times so he... read more

I've been a resident here at Malvern Lakes for almost 9 years and I have enjoyed every moment. This really feels like home. The staff and maintenance are friendly and welcoming. Whenever something needs to be fixed or replaced maintenance is rather prompt.
