Chris Poland sent an email to my landlord claiming there were complaints about my dogs barking and a photo of our front yard because we had a pool drying for a day. Malvern condominium property management is incompetent, poorly maintained, lack of adequate communication. Certain staff members are helpful and others seem arrogant . The condominium I reside in and majority of the owners have nothing positive to say about this management. Almost collectively we are kept in the dark. Recently my condominium unit was conditionally sold , however due to the poor communication between the property manager and the lawyer of the potential buyer, the sale did not occur.
