Malvern condominium property management is incompetent, poorly maintained, lack of adequate communication. Certain staff members are helpful and others seem arrogant . The condominium I reside in and majority of the owners have nothing positive to say about this management. Almost collectively we are kept in the dark. Charge 700$ for maintenance. No pool,no gym ....nothing.dont understand why people don't replace them.

This is by far the most unprofessional and negligent condo management company I’ve dealt with. My neighbor and I have been raising the issue of clogged gutters for over two years, which has led to dangerous ice build-up in the winter and flooding during the rainy season. Most recently, both of us slipped and were injured due to this unresolved hazard. We sent several reminders which were ignored.
