Post Viral Fatigue service - I was referred to these after finally (6 year's waiting) being diagnosed with ME (chronic fatigue syndrome) after waiting several months I had an initial video appointment with two medical staff from this service I was told they would speak about me in their next general meeting with possible support options. I must share with you. Sent to Malvern Hospital from the Royal for rehab etc. so I just took it as a normal hospital, but how wrong I was, it would take sheets of paper to write it all down, it is more like a hotel, the staff ( all of them ) are wonderful, the food is up to standard, you certainly can’t ask for much more. A1 — 100% certainly deserve a medal. Hopefully be leaving soon, & will be sorry to go, thank you all so much. xx ❤️
One of the best experiences I’ve had with the NHS. I wasn’t there long as I was sent to Worcester but the level of genuine care and compassion really helped.
