The experience I had at MCH was excellent, the process from start to finish was reassuring. I had fractured my ankle, all staff were intentive and I can't fault them all. Thank you.
Waited 2 hours to be triaged to be told I'd need an x-ray and they should've sent me straight to a and e. Practioner had the customer service skills of a lizard. Would've just gone to a and e.
