Loved how easy the process was to rent a storage building and how helpful they were.
Terrible customer service
Great customer service, with easy storage options online I had everything taken care of from initial purchase to paying monthly bill and key code access to my unit online or over the phone. The only thing they are missing is a dumpster at the location.
