We did not try any drinks, we planned to but the kids were enjoying playing with the cats and then we decided to go get food. But it was very clean and the employee was friendly.
My sister and I walked in on a Thursday with no appointment at opening and got in right away! The cats all were so friendly and greeted us. The rules were very thorough and straight forward. We both enjoyed our time and an hour was enough time for us to enjoy all the cats 🥰
Extremely disappointed by the inconsistent service at Malu Cat Cafe. We were turned away for not having a reservation, only to watch the hostess immediately seat another couple that walked in right after us without checking for one. This double standard felt unprofessional and unfair, and we will not be returning.
Staff was very pleasant and friendly and so were the cats!
