Caring and courteous staff. Understandable description of issues being treated. Quality time to ask questions.
I am always nervous about any new procedures. That being said, Dr. Maltz always makes me feel at ease. I have not had an unpleasant experience since Ive been going to him. I appreciate the follow up phone call the next day to see how I am doing.
