reguarding cover pump Our store policy clearly is stated on every single reciept we print, "Electrical item sales are final, No refunds issued, store credit only". Maltese never tried to put one over on anyone, nor take anyone's money. The pump in question was brought back to the store in horrific condition, when it was stated that they didn't need the pump they were using the neighbor's pump, but in any event, the pump was marred and scratched up as if someone tried to unjam something caught in the impeller. I remember meeting Bob, he was a man of very short stature, a business man and family man. It was important for us to trust him as this was a big financial step for us, and we wanted it for the pleasure of our boys and our extended family and friends.
