I was recently in for an inspection, March 4, 2021. There's a sign outside the service department entrance that had "No mask, no service" yet I go in and see not a single employee wearing a mask. The woman working the service desk finally comes out from the parts area and grabs her mask before helping me. After leaving my keys I sat in the waiting area which didn't look as if it had been cleaned in some time. Traded in my car and they failed to pay off loan on car and has hit my credit report for last two months. Can’t get any answers as far as pay off. About to hit third month on previous loan.
We were on vacation and my car started shaking and shutoff on us. We walked into this dealership/service center around closing time and Jen extended the highest level of customer service. Not only was her customer service excellent but she was a skilled mechanic. I can only give 5 stars because that's all the rating chart allows, but Jen deserves far more than 5 stars. Jen is definitely a top notch professional and an asset to Chevrolet Maltbie. Kudos Jen!!!
