He’s very rude! My mother came in after not being seen for 2 years and he asked why she was there, she said she had a little sensitivity but from my experience being a dental asst, I would have known, if she hasn’t been here in 2 years, it would be a routine visit, she would need X-rays and a cleaning and then the DENTIST I work for would come in and discuss what her X-rays showed and what she needs done. It is sad this day in time people are always trying to beat you. My insurance was going to pay $1,500 for what was being done. Why after dentist gets done I owe $204.00. When asked why do I owe anything they said, "they didn't know that my cavities were that bad. May question is why you didn't tell me because I would have said, " do what my insurance is going to pay because I don't want a bill, period!!" I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON!!!!!
Go somewhere else. Find a dentist that is focused on your well being and is actually helpful to ALL patients.
DON’T GO HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE DON’T. I had work done a month ago. Lower left side. I was originally in pain from my upper left and figured I might as well get my work done here. I ORIGINALLY did not need a root canal for my lower left side. Now I do. I had 6 fillings done and was in excruciating pain after. I went back to them and they claimed it was because my teeth weren’t filed down. They filed some more and despite of me verbally telling them I’m still in pain they dismissed it.
