I tried to get my car in for service but after much discussion they wanted to store my car but not actually fix it. I told them to forget it. If we have a set appointment I want it fixed. In this case its a squeaky seat and I know Ford has a TSB on this...remove the seatback and lubricate with Teflon. I told them I dont want it stored. Go to All American Ford in Old Bridge. Forget these guys.

I just got off the phone with a representative from their service department. Even though I was ultimately unable to coordinate my schedule with theirs (recall & oil change), the rep. took their time and was extraordinarily courteous. I'll be looking to have my car's service here in the future.

I got my car fixed here with a coolant problem and it was great! I didn't have an appointment so it took about a month to get done, but I couldn't be happier.
