Standard prices, and it looks high end, but after you pay they tell you to wait and they will bring you the car. 20 minutes later the guy nonchalantly walks to your car and drives it to the point outdoors where you need to wait. I'm thinking I could be home by the time I actually get my car.
I tried to get my car in for service but after much discussion they wanted to store my car but not actually fix it. I told them to forget it. If we have a set appointment I want it fixed. In this case its a squeaky seat and I know Ford has a TSB on this...remove the seatback and lubricate with Teflon. I told them I dont want it stored. Go to All American Ford in Old Bridge. Forget these guys.

A-lot of problems in this car and the big surprise that the worker there in this place more worth than you ever think ! They are not professional at all. I just got off the phone with a representative from their service department. Even though I was ultimately unable to coordinate my schedule with theirs (recall & oil change), the rep. took their time and was extraordinarily courteous. I'll be looking to have my car's service here in the future.
