Absolutely amazing experience, best dealership in the area, amazing customer service,
Gave me the run around about a part and held me up for a week and then just dropped the order. They take 24 hours to respond to you with answers to nothing that you asked. They are a very confused people
Excellent customer service. The part I thought I needed, ended up not matching my VIN. Kyle reached out expressing that and we were able to figure out the right part. Would definitely recommend.
In April 2023I bought a lot of parts in this store and I was very pleased with the service and help in selecting parts for my car. but now end of September when I ordered parts for my new project, I am very disappointed with the service because the parts do not fit my car and with each order I ask the service to check the compatibility of the parts with the VIN # someone no longer cares about customers or is simply not willing to work
