I had an excellend experience when buying the new GMC Terrain. Dominick Blandino and TJ (Sales Manager) were both extremely helpful and caring. They understood my needs and delivered on multiple things that I had asked them to do. I will definitely recommend this delearship as well as buy other cars from there in the future.

Not happy with my last service here. I have had an ongoing issue with an odor in the cabin of my car since I got the car. I have brought it in 2x before and they have "fixed" the issue. When they fixed it the smell was gone for a while (a few months) but then it came back and they tried a different fix and that worked for even longer. Today at 5:06 PM I felt Malouf GMC was a little deceptive in their sales practices. We negotiated a final sales price but they failed to disclose to me that a $750 GMC loyalty discount was included in the negotiated sales price till the paper work was drawn up two days later due to Memorial Day holiday.
