A COMPLETE DISASTER!. I bought a really nice and no cheap t-shirt for my own personal local business (Yarn brand). First they took 3 weeks to make the job (just 3 t-shirts)... ridiculous timeframe!!! I asked Malou Who to embroid my t-shirt, sending her specific details of what I wanted, and they couldn't make it right the first time. I came back to ask for an explanation and ask if they can do it right this time. They offered me it, and it will be fine.
