One bartender in a busy bar.
I don’t usually write reviews, because let’s be honest who really has the time but this place is different. Ive been fortunate, my job has sent me to a lot of places, which If we’re being honest has also brought me to a lot of bars. At face value Maloney’s is a pretty nice, clean, average bar. This place is a joke!! I was going for a friends Bday party and could not get in because I have a tattoo on the back of my neck. (I have a tattoo of a Lotus Flower) So our party of 16 left and took our money to another 4th ave bar. I guess they have a policy about “Neck Tattoos”. In this day and age to discriminate tattoos or anybody is ridiculous.
Great atmosphere! They had karaoke on Saturday and even though it started to get busy our waitress was very attentive to our table. The Jell-O shots were surprisingly tasty and the prices were reasonable. The only big thing that bothered me though is that the restrooms were not serviced properly and two out of three locks on the stall doors were missing. My aunt was terrified of using the toilet with the door not secured so I had to stand and hold the door for her while she took her of her business.
