Very Disappointed, will never use again. I am really disappointed with their service this Valentine's Day. We will never be using this floral shop again. We ordered flowers 2 weeks before Valentine's Day for delivery on V Day. Not only were the flowers NEVER delivered...the three times we called throughout V day we were reassured that the flowers would be delivered. Dependable Florist Since moving to the Puyallup area we needed a new florist, we asked around and Maloney's name kept coming up. Family owned and operated, we have always been very pleased with the service and outstanding floral arrangements.

Always GREAT service! We needed to send flowers for a funeral. The Lakewood Funeral home recommended two Tacoma florists. After trying to navigate through one shop's difficult (and expensive!) site, I said, "I know that Maloney's site is so much easier. We found the site, called and ordered the flowers that we needed. The call was quick, very courteous and friendly. We may have paid a bit more for delivery from Puyallup to Lakewood, but we know that the flowers will be well received and appreciated.

disgusted I ordered flowers on March 1 to be deliverd on March 2. As of 5:15 the flowers have not arrived. What kind of service is this? I will never use this florista again

Excellence I have been sending flowers to my wife for over 20 years and in several different cities and states. I have had varying degrees of success in finding a reputable florist. I have used Maloney's several times and usually with very short notice. They have consistently exceeded my expectations (which are high) with regard to the quality of their arrangements and the timeliness of their deliveries. They are also a delight to deal with on the phone.
