I rented with Maloney for three years. I leased the property sight unseen. The lease agreement was reasonable, any contact was promptly answered, and there were no unfair/prejudicial games with my deposit (promptly repaid in the pre-agrees amount) when I graduated and moved on. I would recommend to any prospective Verm resident.
DO NOT GO THROUGH LORI FOR ANYTHING. Worst Landlord I have ever had, she takes advantage of college kids by charging them for as many things that she can find with her properties. She lied multiple times and charged me and my roommates an extra $700 for things that were broken before we even moved in. She charged us for HER own personal items being in the property after we left. She also will not respond to any emails or calls in over 6 months.
