Do not live anywhere managed by Maloney. They consistently fail to perform even the bare minimum in property management. They're solely responsible for allowing my apartments go to ruin over the years. The buildings are gross and dirty, far overdue for basic routine maintenance and cleaning. The maintenance staff is mismanaged and incompetent. The office staff is equally incompetent and rude. Respectable tenants, young and old, are being driven away because of Maloney. It was a long process however Bia was very patient, led me through every step of the way and she even responded to my inquiries after her work hours! She was very attentive and kind, and works very hard - she deserves a raise! Thank you Bia and Maloney Properties for helping me find a gem of an apartment. I’m truly grateful!
