I've had about 40 appraisals done over the years while buying or selling many properties. Mr Maloney showed poor judgement throughout the entire appraisal process. This person was rude and careless while at the property. He also didn't understand many elements of the upgrades and improvements to the property in question, and was not at all able to comprehend when spoken too or shown documentation. Poor appraisal company. They have no idea what the market is like and pull numbers out of the air.
