Malone's Property Management are awesome! They took their time to find me a great rental house to fit my needs. They are not only professional but fun at the same time, they treat you like family and that's why I liked them! God bless.

I want to first off say the people at malones are top notch and have been nothing but kind and accommodating. Thank you all for your hard work.... Some of us, the ones without chips on our shoulders, apperciate all tou do.... Now id like to say.... I do not appreciate people assuming that these individuals are prejudice against blacks because you disnt get a call back.... Which is also hard for me to believe!!!! Malone's Property Management – First: Note that the bad review are from 2010. I just wanted to take this time to Thank Lynzzie at the office at 4301 Se 41st St, Oklahoma City, OK 73115. Taking the extra time to show us homes that fit our needs. Second: She didn't takes us to neighbor hoods with just AA people. Being that others stated they don't seem to like people of color. Terrible Company – Not sure about the prejudice, but this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They don't return calls and the employees are very rude and inconsiderate. People say help out your local businesses but I got better results from Keller Williams. Thanks for nothing.

WILL NOT RETURN YOUR CALLS – Before I contacted Malone's I read the reviews, I was especially interested in BEWARE OF PREJUDICE PEOPLE, when I read this review I thought surely not, but I have realized that it was true. I also have a black name and have been calling them for 3weeks, every time I call the lady that shows the houses she is always out of the office. I have not received a call yet. Something should be done about this

beware of prejudice people – I wanted everyone to know about this property managment they call thierselves trying to rewnt houses to people and wont even return your call i called multiple times and everytime i call im told the leasing agent isnt in and she will return my call they are very unprofessional people and are prejudice to blacks my name is a black name and i think thats why they didnt return my call just because your black dosent mean you dont pay your bills and your on section 8 i am a registerd nurse and my husb... read more
