Matt, Ben and Bailie were the absolute best. They made the whole “buying a boat” experience top notch! We are extremely excited about our 2020 Vexus 1980. And these guys made it possible. Excellent customer service. Matt and Ben answered ALL of my questions.. and I had a lot... without making me feel that I was bothering them! We drove 3 hours to pick up our boat. In town for the #Bass Master High school national championship. Tore up our trolling motor called them they got my part overnighted and got it in just soon as my part arrived. When I got there this morning there were boats lined up needing repairs and they were all here for the tournament and these guys were putting all these out of town boats in for service as soon as they pulled up. Nicest people running this place other marine dealerships should use Malone’s as the standard for customer service
had a problem with the Lowrance unit on my Trifeccta. Lowrance was no help at all but the folks at Malone's fixed me up. Thanks!
