Dr Q Malone did an excellent job of explaining the procedure the risks, and the recovery process. The operation was a success. He was even close to on time for appointments, which is rare in the medical industry, but most importantly he spends the time with you. We all hope we don't have to have operations but when we do it is great to have people who are highly skilled, have good people skills and are passionate about their vocation.
