I'm so sorry to say (because I loved the doc herself) but I wish I could give zero stars. This is got to be one of the worst medical offices I've ever been to in my entire life. I was there for myself but a side note my son is nonverbal ASD, ADHD, ID and a whole list of other acronyms and Im a cancer patient ... just to give a small idea of the amount of doctors offices Ive been to. Doctor Malone is great. BUT this Cheyenne office is always running late! Over an hour waiting since my scheduled appointment before getting to see a doctor.
GREAT NEUROLOGY CLINIC.
I went to my appointment 10 minutes early which was a bad idea because I waited for 15 minutes to get a room. The lady that did my vitals asked me how much I weighed instead of weighing me. Then I waited another 30 minutes in the room. Cvs pharmacy asked me why my doses of medication had changed & said they had tried to contact Dr. Malone but never got a response. When I asked her she said she thought I told her I was taking that amount. I asked her didn't she have my records from my last neurologist & she said no. My family... read more
