I went to my appointment 10 minutes early which was a bad idea because I waited for 15 minutes to get a room. The lady that did my vitals asked me how much I weighed instead of weighing me. Then I waited another 30 minutes in the room. Cvs pharmacy asked me why my doses of medication had changed & said they had tried to contact Dr. Malone but never got a response. It’s no surprise this practice has low ratings across all platforms. I only went because my neurologist recommended their equipment for diagnosis. From the start, the experience was disappointing—the office felt neglected, with cheap artwork and an unwelcoming atmosphere. I filled out forms online beforehand, but they had me do them again on paper upon arrival—why the duplication? After a 40-minute wait, the nurse asked me the same questions from the forms. Waited over an hour just to be seen. If you have plans and made an appointment here, just know that regardless how early you come, there's gonna be at least an hour of delay. I don't think they are doing any good when it comes to appt times
