Recently order from EGV location and was told deep dish beef combo pizza only small & medium. Called once home and spoke with mgr and was told they come in all sizes. Manager offered nothing for my inconvenience when I specifically wanted a large size. Poor customer service. I did not press the issue when there for pick up. My wife called once I was home and explained the situation. The manager that it was enough to say if her staff doesn't know, they should ask. No kidding!
Lou Malnati's "organization" is Not the Same Friendly place as it once was. Recently purchased a $50 gift card and was given a $10 Lou's gift card for our purchase. At the time of the transaction, the clerk Never advised me that the $10 gift card had an End date, which is so ridiculous. Why would one think a Gift card had an End date. In calling Lou's Corp office. Guess what they couldn't care Less. Great Customer relations Not!
The Bloomingdale branch seemed to have lost their care for the product they serve and the help they hire! Spoke to a Grant he was the DM on a speaker phone at the Bloomingdale branch with the culprit person with him Addie!! She was rude condescending and pretty much never smiled!! He then asked me if I would rather go to Carol Stream lol now that fixes the problem ! Have the customer go else where! Customer service is lost!! Raw food or over cooked they are right and you are wrong
Horrible for truck drivers, horrible receiving attitude & unorganized warehouse & receiving staff.
I have been a customer since the early 70's. Unfortunately, I ordered a delivery pizza and salad only to be disappointed. The delivery was made to my address, but the delivery driver didn't ring the bell leaving my pizza and salad by the door. I was informed of the delivery via text to find cold pizza. To the delivery driver, please be smart and see the customer you missed a 20% cash tip.
