RecommendedGreat experience today at Malloy. We are from out of state, but found the vehicle we had been looking for online at Malloy. Samantha made the online purchasing process very simple. When we drove over today to pick up our new Sienna the Malloy team was ready for us. Much of the paperwork had been done ahead of time online, but Jonathan finalized the details and Kelsey made the financing process simple. Overall we got a great price on a great vehicle and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
Recently purchased a 2021 TRD Sport. Smooth experience and am enjoying the vehicle. The dealership has come a long way since I last bought there in 2015.

As everyone has experienced at one time or another, buying a new car can be quite a time commitment as well as a burden to group together doing research, decision making, negotiating, and then going through financing and ultimately taking delivery of the vehicle. My trip to this dealership last weekend was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had. Despite being told that I just at the 'shopping around' phase, my salesman (Steve Pennington) was excessively pushy and actually made me uncomfortable.
