Total scam and zero service and communication! I emailed them about my case with details. Called them after a week as well and provided the same details to them. Two weeks passed after the call, and I received no communication about my case. Called today to find out it's been turned down, making me wait all this time without any communication. Definitely not recommend. These chain corporate offices try to rip people off and only help you if they can make a lot of money out of your case. Go find local hard working businesses ... read more
