WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Purchased a 2004 Tiburon with 55k miles on it...told salesmen before purchase...after test drive...about the A/C, Window Seal, Brakes, Shimmie in steering wheel, slight pull to the right, Brakes Pulse...which I was told it would be taken care of...but couldn’t be documented if they wanted to keep their job. (*note* I have emails between sales man Dan and I about the repairs, assuring me that they would be fixed). Terrible Service Department - Go somewhere else!! I took my 2006 Ford F150 to Mike Castrucci Ford in Milford, OH to have the ABS module paired to my truck. They said they could do it with no problem, and I left it there to be serviced. I returned to pick my truck up, Amanda M. Campbell (service writer) said everything was fixed, and the ABS light was out. I paid $117.15 and went out and got in my truck, started it up and the light was still ON! They would even double check their work!!! They are scam artist and will take you... read more

good service douglass Ford is a family owned business and isn't the biggest dealer but provide excellent service and is involved in the community alot. The parts and service is excellent, worth the drive 50 miles south of Rochester

Good service The employees who work on the showroom floor at Barile Ford are good employees who know information about the cars that they sell, but are not pushy and do not push you to make a purchase. They understand that you want to make a wise decision and they help you to make that decision also. They want you to be happy with your car and also able to afford it. The body shop employees are also good. I have had work performed on my car several times. They are a little pricey, but most dealerships are. It is always helpf... read more

I picked a good spot to break down. I had my high mileage, diesel truck and trailer loaded up and getting ready to head out of town. I didn't get too far before the engine stalled not far from the ford dealer.It was early morning and they had my high pressure oil pump changed out and my truck running the same day, which is no small feat for anyone who knows diesels. All around great experience with the people there, and the trip went off with no further interruptions.

First class service We have purchased two cars there and were given great deals, were treated with friendly courtesy, and got free oil changes for as long as we own the vehicles. The sales department will find exactly what you are looking for, and will give you good guidance in your selection. The service department is excellent, making sure your car is fixed right the first time.

Car Shopping Bought my daughter's car there. They were willing to work with you to bring the price more into your range. I would go there again when I am in need of a new vehicle.
