Be careful when purchasing used vehicles from this dealership. I had a "We Owe" for a second key that I was told I would receive within a couple weeks. Two months later, the dealer has not provided the second key. They continue to say they will contact me about it but don't. I emailed the GM and got no response. I finally reached out to Ford Customer Service and still have not received what was promised. Unreliable and unresponsive. This dealership missed several issues with my vehicle that were identified by another shop, including cracked components. I told them I was on the fence between fixing the vehicle and buying a new one. They did not catch critical issues that would have swayed my decision making. When asked how they missed this during the diagnostic they said only that they would look into it and failed to return my call this afternoon. I won’t be back for service or sales.
