Extremely disappointing service experience. The biggest issues were the complete lack of communication and the lack of accountability when something went wrong. My vehicle has been brought back to this dealership multiple times because they have repeatedly failed to properly resolve the issues. Purchasing warranty’s here is a scam ! We sold back our truck to this company back in February and was told we only had purchased one type of warranty totaling $1,200 in refunds. But I knew we had purchased more than one warranty. But they say they do not see anything else. luckily I found our service contract at home and we had purchased $15,000 worth of warranties .Had I not had this document I would’ve been out of thousands of dollars. A big shoutout to Orlando from the Parts Department and Alex from Service! I've been dealing with a rare issue involving the heated steering wheel on my Raptor R, related to Ford's 22G06 program.
