UNTRUSTWORTHY DEALER – BEWARE OF FALSE INTERNET PRICING I had a terrible experience with Molley Chevy in Alexandria. I found a vehicle online listed at a reasonable price and made the trip out expecting an honest deal. Once I arrived, they completely changed the story — the price was suddenly $8,000 higher than advertised! This rating is based from our overall experience with the dealership. Vending machines are broken. We were made to wait 3 hours (without drinks or snacks) before making it to finance/accounting office despite negotiating everything via e-mail. Sales Manager completely ignored us after having issues after sales. If you plan to use credit card, they charge 3% credit card surcharge. They offered me the lowest OTD price among the area hence the 2 stars instead of 1 star.
One of your agents (Scarlett Brown) is misleading customers and giving them false information. He has been lying to me for a week saying you have ZERO Apr deals on suburbans, but you don’t have. Brown, please stop doing this. Thank you
