I had purchased a new Cruze hatchback in April 2018 when the dealership was still Jim Stutzman Chevrolet. Had a great experience as I received the vehicle I wanted at a great price. Perks consisted of free State Inspections and a low $99 processing fee. Fast forward to April 2019 and the dealership is now owned by the Malloy Auto Group. I called regarding a possible time for my free Inspection and received nothing but an attitude. Ended up going elsewhere and paying for my Inspection. And the $99 processing fee is now $699!!... read more
