This past Saturday Jan 10 I brought my XT4 in for regular service and I have to say Service Advisor Tyler Swisher is hands down one of the best advisors I have had. I watched him patiently deal with a demanding and cranky customer. He treated her with utmost respect. The job of service advisor is not easy and more complaints are filed then praise. Tyler is outstanding!! The whole service team did a great job that day as well. I used to work for a competitor and Malloy Cadillac knows customer service. Thank you Tyler!!!

Bought a used truck, the service dept had replaced the brakes on before I purchased it. Months later when I had to do some work on the truck I discovered that there was red lock tight on my brake bolts.
