‘Service’ department lady is not welcoming and pretty dismissive. Can’t even tell you IF there is a software or map update available for your Escalade without writing you a service ticket. Like…if there is one, I’ll pay to get it but I’m not going to pay you just to tell me there isn’t one. Avoid these money grubbers and drive to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly instead. Night and day difference is what ‘service’ means.
Malloy Auto Group returned my car to me in such unsafe condition I was severely injured. I required emergency surgery. Five excruciatingly painful procedures to my left eye. I was granted disability it was so bad. I HAVE NEVER BEEN FULLY COMPENSATED FOR THIS INJURY NOR THE ASSOCIATED GREAT PAIN AND GREAT SUFFERING. IN FACT MALLOY ADVERTISED MY CAR WITH SOME $15000 IN DAMAGE AS ACCIDENT FREE! They clearly place profit over customer safety.
