Bought a used truck, the service dept had replaced the brakes on before I purchased it. Months later when I had to do some work on the truck I discovered that there was red lock tight on my brake bolts.

‘Service’ department lady is not welcoming and pretty dismissive. Can’t even tell you IF there is a software or map update available for your Escalade without writing you a service ticket. Like…if there is one, I’ll pay to get it but I’m not going to pay you just to tell me there isn’t one. Avoid these money grubbers and drive to Moore Cadillac in Chantilly instead. Night and day difference is what ‘service’ means.
