Purchased a 2026 Escalade V in October of 2025. It arrived to me via transport on 10/17/25. It is now toward the end of January and I still do not have license plates nor have the registered this vehicle on my behalf. I paid $7,864 in sales taxes at the time of purchase just to find out they needed $7,037 more since the finance manager miscalculated taxes. I sent the check for the difference on 11/17/25. This past Saturday Jan 10 I brought my XT4 in for regular service and I have to say Service Advisor Tyler Swisher is hands down one of the best advisors I have had. I watched him patiently deal with a demanding and cranky customer. He treated her with utmost respect. The job of service advisor is not easy and more complaints are filed then praise. Tyler is outstanding!! The whole service team did a great job that day as well. I used to work for a competitor and Malloy Cadillac knows customer service. Thank you Tyler!!!

Bought a used truck, the service dept had replaced the brakes on before I purchased it. Months later when I had to do some work on the truck I discovered that there was red lock tight on my brake bolts.
