1/5 stars We paid Malloy $11,262.79 to repair an electric motor. After the motor was installed at our jobsite, it failed within approximately one hour of operation. We returned the motor to Malloy and were then provided an additional repair estimate of $5,385.50. When the matter was handed over to me to resolve, Craig was unwilling to meaningfully discuss the failure and told me directly that our approximately $50,000-per-year account was not worth his time.
