I have been really disappointed with the care I have received from Dr. Willis. I had to call several times or use patient portal several times to get any answer concerning my labs and visits. Was told they would send referrals but never done. I had to reach out to the referring doctor to set up appointments and be seen. The problems I have, may not be severe but they are problems that affect my day to day life. Please get better at your job!
Dr. Mallory Willis is amazing. She cares for her patients, wants the best for them, and will jump over hoops to make sure you get the care you need. I read some of the other reviews. I have never been turned away for an appointment when needed and they have worked me into her schedule. When I was sick one time, I saw the nurse practitioner and she communicated with Dr. Willis. Dr. Willis is the absolute best doctor in Auburn.
Im better off going to the hospital. They say sick? Call your doctor! How can you talk to someone thats never there or would take a week getting back to you in the portal.
I like Dr Mallory Willis but the I would live to know why the STAFF turns the phones off so calls are never answered before NOOM!
