I experienced a serious lack of professionalism from the agent at Mallory Realty. I respectfully asked whether my rent could be prorated for my final month since my move-out date was the 31st and I was trying to achieve a job out of state- I moved on the 19th due to the job transition. The agent responded in an extremely unprofessional and dismissive tone, stating that I would be required to pay the full month’s rent or forfeit my security deposit. I gave this lady my hard earn money which was 75 dollar application fee... She told me she was just looking for evictions or bankruptcy which I have neither. So she declined my application because of sum old payday loans which is so messed up. Also her attitude is very very very bad. I will let karma and God handle her.
Poor and customer service ,voice volume on 20 and Attitude is Ridiculous!!!! Ashame!!!
