I know a person who works here. They say do not buy anything from this place. Not to mention they always take advantage of employees!
Carlos was setting me up a great deal and someone else came and bumped up my payment/ interest rate during the deal. They did however work with me in the down payment and the deal overall seems pretty good. Just wish they hadn’t bumped up the interest rate without my knowing it. First time buying a car on a loan and wished I could have gotten a better interest rate. Thank you for working with me!
Considered purchasing a 2001 F150 and wasn't told that it had a salvage title until after I began filling out an application. Pulled my credit without my consent. I've tried calling and left a message for Carlos to call back, and he's "not available." This place is a joke. There's seven people crammed in an office, and no one knows what's going on. Wouldn't surprise me if the dealership was a front for illegal practices.
They are very unprofessionals, They must open from 9am and my driver wait them more than 2 hours, No ones answering the phone, Never make job to them!!!!!!!!!!
