Mallory's bedside manner was not impressive. She had a cold demeanor, not personable at all. I understand she didn't like the questions I was asking, but that is no excuse for being so unfriendly. I was hoping for helpful and thoughtful answers but instead she was glaring at me and had an attitude.
Dr. Krahn is a great listener and always addresses any concerns I bring up. I really appreciate how thorough and thoughtful she is.
