Very dismissive, very belittling, terrible bedside manner. I was breaking down describing horrific child abuse I had endured, including countless blows to the head, and she just stared at me like I was stupid. She didnt even consider the blows to my head may have caused a problem for me as an adult. I couldn't believe how cold she was. Never going back.
Seemed attentive when I took my mother to her. Did not return any phone calls despite conversation x2 with office receptionist. Did not return calls to mom's family Health provider. Unprofessional way to treat people.
Extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, respectful, listens, explains things very well, great bedside manner, very kind, trustworthy and seems to genuinely care about her patients. She has offered solutions and medications that other doctors never even mentioned…meds that have FIXED the unfixable! She’s given my mother her life back. What an incredible relief to have found such a phenomenal neurologist! Take care of her Helena, she’s an absolute jewel!
