Love it there and they are nice and welcoming to me as new family in a way
Today, I was in severe pain. I felt very bad. I had been to this clinic several times and the service had been exceptional as regards to the doctors but the front desk is less than desirable. I will not be going back and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone if the staff up front is not trained in customer service. The medical doctors are exceptional but you have to endure a lot before making it back.
Dr.Midgett is rude and does not show empathy or sympathy for patients. He rushed through everything and was hurting me in the process. My blood samples got “lost” 3 times during my visit. It was a long wait despite having an appointment. Definitely do not go here. Dr.Brown is the only nice person there.
Doctor Midgett is a great doctor and give you great advice. I have been seeing him for over 10 years and he been doing a wonderful job Keep up the good work Dr. Midgett and The Your Great Staff At Mallory Health Center 👍
