I had really painful ingrown big toenails that I had been putting off for a while because of finances and being embarrassed. My brother had been referred to Dr. Kirkland a few months ago by his PCP, and I was really impressed with her personality and bedside manner. I decided to go to her once I saved the money for the copay. Her nurse was pleasant and asked if I wanted to have the surgery (nail avulsion) done, which I did.
