Malory definitely knows her stuff. I highly recommend her!
First the receptionist greets you with a smile as true and pure that she actually is pleased to see you. Next doctors assistant treats you like family perhaps better. Friendly joking laughter and banter with you. Then the doctor comes in. I had no concept of who or what the doctor would be like but she was not it.
