I recently lost my bracelet I had for two years. I went 3 months without it and my hand/fingers seemed to get worse. They were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement at a discount. Very friendly and nice to work with. Thanks!

I HAVE HAD 8 OR 10 BRACELETTS FOR MY SELF AND WIFE AND HAD GREAT SERVICE OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS. GREAT QUALITY AND ONLY A FEW REPAIRS WHICH WERE HANDLED PROMPTLY! I HAVE ALWAYS RECOMMENDED THE PRODUCTS TO FRIENDS AS THEY WORK GREAT AND ARE OF SUPERIOR QUALITY. PROBABLY HAVE AT LEAST 20 FRIENDS AND RELATIVES WEARING BOTH ANKLETS AND BRACELETS. REX B.
Never had a problem! After 5 yrs one magnet fell out and I sent back and they replaced several. I own 3 different styles over the past 10 yrs and handed down to my children as my styles changed. Superior product - you get what you pay for!
I purchased the whole kit to retail and it was a bomb that the ******* ***** business didn't help and didn't care. I sent back what I couldn't sell for credit... no one ever responded I went to the business for help and some response and they treated me like I was a bother and a nuisance and said that they had no record of anything and I was out $1800 plus dollars ..is a complete SCAM!!!!!!!
I was in Vegas a week ago and my bracelet broke. I went to the posted address to have it repaired and they are no longer there. Tried calling, messaging and emailing with absolutely no response from anyone. I suspect they have closed shop but would like to know for sure.
I spoke to jeffrey scott in the la county fair and purchase a white gold bracelet he told me it would take 4-6 weeks it's Nov 26 ,2018 I made purchase in September 23,2018 I purchased one before and I had a lot of trouble getting it they have horrible customer service I called a few times and spoke to MARIO he told me I'll get back to you I've haven't heard anything from them really bad customer service I'm really disappointed
I tried for about 4 months to get a simple $25.00 credit to my account for the shipping that I paid for to return a bracelet to be exchanged for a different size. After waiting over 1 month to get the replacement, I called and they had placed my exchange into their repairs "pile", where it sat until I called to find out what was taking so long.
