I went and got my hair cut July 16th around noon and noticed the salon was pretty empty and I happened to mention to my hairstylist that the temperature was pretty cold and i over heard the stylist next to mine say “well then maybe you should put more clothes on”. and then proceeded to argue with my hairstylist stylist after my hairstylist told her to be professional and that we’re here to please our customers. I have been going to Mallia for years. I recommend this salon to anyone. I specifically love the service and expertise I have received. I would recommend Brittany too. She is fantastic with color and cuts.

We have been going to Mallia for around five years now. I want to preface I have worked at a cosmetology school, and in a salon as the front desk person. So I am fairly familiar with "normal" protocol in the beauty industry. My stylist is about to go on maternity leave. I have had four kids and completely understand this. She told Me the date she was leaving in advance. I planned to go elsewhere once she left. The salon called me an hour before My appt, and said My stylist would not he able to come in due to health reasons. ... read more
