Great visit today with an outstanding staff and Dr.
He is absolutely the best to work with! I had a lipoma removed her walked me through the process and did the best job with removal. He answered all my questions and is just fantastic!
This was the 1st visit to a dermatologist, I have been along with my husband. He explained everything to me as well as answered questions and concerns. The appointment was not rush, I waited about 15 minutes in the lobby. I had paperwork to fill out. Even knowing you are there to have something removed, Dr Mallet and his staff make you very comfortable and talks to you during the procedure to keep your mind off of something is being cut or burned off of your body. I, too, am a present patient of Dr. Mallette and also could not get an appointment for over 5 weeks. Going to find someone else even though I don't want to.
I was a patient of Dr. Mallette several years ago. I moved away and tried other dermatologist and I was not satisfied. I'm now back in the area, I gave the office a call, stressed my concerns and they expedited my appointment. I couldn't be more estastic because I know he will take care of my skin related issues!! S. Dr. Mallette is a good physician he really listen to your concerns. I am a black female and have found it very hard to find a good dermatologist here in the Huntsville and Owens Cross Roads, Alabama area. A friend told me about him and I must say I only received excellent care from Dr. Mallette and his staff. I would recommend anyone that's looking for a good dermatologist to try Dr.Mallette before going to Birmingham or Tennessee.
Being an established patient of Dr. Mallette for several years, it's difficult to hear his earliest appointment is a month and a half away. Very disappointing.
