I've been to Mallery's for body work 3 times in the last year. Their customer service is fantastic and their work is as well. They've always been very easy to work with. I don't normally review places on Facebook but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ they're good people. Getting text updates in super convenient.
They will shamelessly over-assess the damage done to your vehicle and within the first 10 minutes of dealing with them, they will tell you that you need to buy a car through them after totaling your vehicle. Insurance companies hate them, they know how to abuse New York state insurance laws for their own gain... go to Ayers in Allegany instead, you will save thousands and thousands of dollars.
Very impressed with their professionalism and excellent customer service! Love the fact they went an extra step and cleaned the interior.

My repairs were done timely and I loved the text updates I received to allow me to track the progress.
I went to Mallery's for repair on my Jeep door. The customer service is amazing! Everyone is very nice and very professional. When I left, I noticed not only had they washed my vehicle, they vacuumed everything inside. I would recommend them to anyone.
