Whatever you do, don’t do it. You’re better off representing yourself. The communication is horrible. It’s evident they don’t care about your case but only about the money. We had an agreed upon amount for them to send a LETTER and they upcharged us $3k for it when all was said and done. Asked for advice, didn’t get any. Didn’t negotiate for us. You’re 3000x better off doing this yourself than wasting your money them to “represent you.”
This firm gives off unwelcoming energy and I haven’t even met these people. I requested a consultation due to an issue I’m having with my landlord and just wanted advice on how to handle it before things went to court. Instead of them just telling me my case would be best suited for another firm they were emailing “Pass” back and forth and asking if they can just ignore the email completely. Like who does that? Christopher Strohbehn is a great attorney. He answered my questions in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop. The staff was pleasant and courteous. They got me a great settlement and were attentive to my needs. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
