Very kind and patient. Excellent office staff
I started seeing Dr. Mallen a couple years ago after a friend’s referral. Today, however, she lost my business. There were a couple times over the two years where I felt nickeled and dimed. It was clear she very much cares about money, but she was nice so I kept going. Today though was the last straw. I went for my regular cleaning a couple months ago. While I was there, the hygienist said I hadn’t seen Mallen for my yearly checkup yet, so she’d see if she could come by before I left. I very explicitly said (more than once) ... read more
Dr. Mallen is a fantastic dentist. The best part is she does preventative dentistry. She is excellent at diagnosing a problem before it becomes unfixable. I have gone to her for over 10 years and she is extraordinarily skilled.
