Stayed 10/2016 - 9/2018 Location is awesome. Utilities were about $120-$150 for 700 sq. ft but we kept our A/C anywhere from 73-75. Cheap cabinets and counters but good appliances. No ceiling lights in the bedroom is weird but not a huge deal. In the upstairs units you need to get a lamp. We stayed in our apartment during Irma and felt safe the entire time. Felt safe overall.
