I had an excellent experience with the management at Mallards Landing Apartments, especially with Luis. He truly goes above and beyond in his role. Luis is incredibly hardworking, always attentive, and consistently makes himself available to assist residents with any concerns or questions. The ladies in the office are HORRIBLE. They’re rude, impolite, always have an attitude . It’s ridiculous.. that’s no way to treat tenants . They are going to run everybody away I rate this ZERO stars but because they wouldn’t let me post my review w/o one …
Worst apartment I've ever had. The front desk staff members are really aggressive and impolite. The location is ancient and overrun with cockroaches and insects. I would not advise anyone to reside here. And also those two ladies need to learn how to treat others with respect.
