The homes in this neighborhood are an incredible value! You can get so much for your money. We love the area and Wells is amazing to work with. He's communicative and really works to make sure his clients are happy!
DR Horton is a very good company for a new build or have them build what you want. The Mallard Ridge subdivision is nicely set up with the homes not as close together as most other subdivisions and large parks and walk ways. Specialist Wells Bibo was wonderful to work with! He kept us informed anytime something was done with the house and how much closer it was to being completed.
