Happily no longer a resident of Willow Creek Apts as of 9/30/10 During the end of July, I start getting weird bites well it s the summer I thought, must be mosquitoes. Around the same time, I received a letter on my door around Aug 10th that mentioned the complex would be undergoing a quick evaluation through the units to check for bed bugs. Horrible Management! Pros: 1 indoor parking spot, (fake) marble countertops, (fake) birch cabinets, new stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher), washer/dryer in unit Cons: The windows leak TONS of air and the fact that the heat is only on for a few months makes for freezing temperatures at night especially during the months it's off like march, april, september, and october. Willow Creek Apartments is a good place to call home I have lived here for several years now and I love it! I think moving here was the best decision for us. I love the building with all it's amenities. There is a lot to do in winter (swimming pool, free movies for rent in the office, pool table in the party room and now even a personal trainer in the exercise room) I forgot what Lifetime membership is! LOVE it... I've lived here for about eight months now, and I am really happy with Mallard Creek. All the apartments were recently renovated and look great - new appliances (including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and the in-unit laundry machines), paint colors of your choice, and new flooring. The building is pretty quiet; I live on the first floor and only occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor, and sometimes people can be a little noisy in the halls. Run!!!! I moved into Willow Creek and it was the biggest mistake I have every made. Two words. BED BUGS! Yes, they have a bed bug infestation and they are disgusting and they bite. I had to throw away all of my furniture because it got infested with bed bugs and they are next to impossible to get rid of. My car window was broken in the underground parking garage on Christmas Eve and my car was not the only one and according to the police this is not that uncommon at this complex. Worst Management of Rental Properties Worst Management of rental properties ever. In my stay many incidences of noncooperation from rental office. Parking Spaces are not cleaned regularly and waste disposal is irregular and parking area stinks.Avoid at any cost
DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!! I know that this is a rating system and you don't know me, but I will list the problems that I have had living at this complex. First, our electricty/lights went out at least 10 times and the problem was not fixed until the 5th request. Not only did they not fix the problem but they also blamed us for it when many times we would wake up from sleeping and would have no electricity. Good for the price A beautiful complex, apartments are large and the single ones and double ones are nicely laid out, with a deck door and a window which allows lots of light even on north, forest facing apartments. Garage is included in rent and is well ventilated. Have exercise room and whirlpool inside, tiny pool outside (more like the size of a large whirlpool... they should convert it!).
