Absolutely wonderful Rental Company, especially for college students! Apartments are beautifully kept and well-respected. Sandy and the team at Mallard Properties are so responsive and amazingly helpful incase any problems occur. I highly recommend this rental company :)
My daughter just moved into her first apartment, which is managed by Mallard Properties. The company has been very helpful and responsive. In particular, we've only worked with Sandy and she has done a great job answering parental questions, educating our student renter on her responsibilities and following up on questions after we moved in. In addition, the apartment and property are very well maintained....I would high recommend Mallard Properties.

My son and a friend intended to rent a property together through Mallard Properties. For a variety of complicated reasons, this did not happen. Mallard Properties were quite amazing to work with, from the initial application process to formal notification that we would not be proceeding with the lease. Working with Mallard Properties has been a great experience. Such a great crew and sub contractors to work with. Maintaining the properties to the highest level. Concerning the comfort and security of all the residents is impressive. They have tried to listen to the needs of the families to have gated garages and security cameras in many of the properties. This type of care for the tenants shows in the quality of their properties. I am proud to be a part of the Mallard property maintenance team!

Mallard properties is horrible! They trick college students into signing all responsibility onto the college student and don't even do the SIMPLEST tasks of helping and protecting the residents of their complexes... All you are paying them to do is sit in their air conditioned shack counting the money that they rip off people..GO TO ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPLEX save yourself money and respect
