First rent is way too high when these apartments are Dirty, moldy ant & COCKROACH infested. We just moved in less than 2 weeks ago. i am disgusted and very disappointed. parking is TERRIBLE. sketchy people walking around all hours of the night, not a very safe place to live especially with kids. Not to mention first night I moved in (haven’t even got out the car & into the apartment yet) a crackhead driving a uhaul hits my car the front end and sped off. Left a HUGE deep dent.
